INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Prior to placing orders please be aware that you will be responsible for any fees and duties placed on your items by your local customs office. Aponi Swim is not liable for any Import duties and customs fees that may be charged by your local customs office.
Customs fees and duties are decided by your local customs office depending on the origin in which the goods are made, the value of the goods etc. You may or may not be required to pay any additional fees by your local customs office. To avoid any unexpected fees please familiarize yourself in advance with your country’s customs and duties regulations.
Packages may be delayed when going through customs. Be sure to check all updates with your tracking number. Packages may be held due to fees incurred at customs, you can call the shipping provider to follow up on any delays and may be able to make such payments to release your package.
RETURNS
Please contact us at  for any questions or concerns about your items. To avoid exchanges feel free to contact us prior to placing an order for any questions about sizing and fit.
We understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky, exchanges for the same item in a different size will be accepted. There are no refunds or returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event that the item is out of stock that you will be exchanging the option to wait for a restock of the item, and the option for store credit will be honored. 
All items must be sent back by 3days of receiving package, please be sure to contact us at . Items will undergo an inspection process prior to accepting an exchange. Items must be returned unworn, with hangtags still attached, and hygienic protector to be honored an exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days to process exchanges.
Please keep in mind shipping cost for sending back an item will not be covered by Aponi Swim. We recommend using local shipping providers for the best rates. Be sure to get a tracking number for your returned items. We advise insuring your items as Aponi Swim will not be responsible for any lost items in transit. 
Please email your tracking number to once package has been shipped. Once we receive your order, an email will be sent to keep you informed on the status of your items.
